Service requests

Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed appointment. All appointments are confirmed by AutoFix 24 LLC directly. Requested dates and times are preferences, not guaranteed availability.

Estimates and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual condition of the vehicle differs, or additional parts or labor are required, we will contact you before proceeding.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and safely accessible at the address provided, and that you have permission to have work performed at that location. We may decline or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe or where local rules prohibit the work.

Scope of work

Some repairs require shop equipment and cannot be completed as mobile service. Where that applies, we will advise you rather than begin work we cannot complete properly.

Costs

The cost of parts and labor is confirmed with you directly before work begins. This website does not process payments and no payment is collected online.

Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust the schedule.
